We are so proud and happy to report that all 4 of our children now sponsor a child through Unbound! Daughter Leslie started with this commitment last Christmas when she decided to support Sheila of the Merida Project, where we sponsor two girls. She gave up her Christmas money toward sponsorship and is very happy with her decision. Daughter Mallory and son Nick started their sponsorship when we partnered with Unbound on our baseball trip, an effort to find sponsorship for 30 kids in 30 Major League Ball Parks with sponsorships of Jonathan from Columbia and Oscar from Kenya. Mallory's boyfriend Eric decided to sponsor, Kenny Roger from the Philippines after attending a baseball game where the Minnesota Twins played the Seattle Mariners at Safeco Field. He is the child represented by the Minnesota Twins. Son Chris and girlfriend Rachel chose to sponsor Carlos from Peru. We are hoping over the next few weeks, months and years that their commitment to help lift these children out of poverty, keep them in school and give them hope for the future will be spread to more of their friends and family through new sponsorships. We love you all and are very proud and happy that you have elected to do this! May it bring you much joy and happiness!
