We have spent two great days with Jack’s sister, Lisa in her
lovely home. We have now had our last
meal cooked in a kitchen for awhile! I
think we won’t starve! We relaxed today,
and shopped for groceries. Lisa took us
to one of her neighbors pools and baked us a berry pie
Daughter
Leslie, in Las Vegas was dismayed that she is not on our blog. We told her she would have to buy us pizza
first. OK, Les, we will put your picture
on but don’t whine about the one we picked. Are you ready to hike with us again, Jackson?
We are planning the next 4 or 5 nights in Glacier National
Park. We are planning to get up early
tomorrow to make sure we get a campsite.
It is supposed to be in the 90’s in Glacier so we are trying to get into
the Avalanche Campground which is a little higher elevation and has some great
hiking. After that we will spend our
first night with our “travel club”, Affordable Travel Club. Jodi heard about this club through one of her
patients. It was started in Gig Harbor,
Washington in 1992 and has over 2400 host sites in the US, Canada, and 50
countries. Our first stay will be in
Helena. This will be our last posting
until we get out of Glacier as we will not have internet access. Hope this finds you all well!
